Reconstruction of a third metacarpal giant cell tumour defect using a second metatarsal free flap: a case report

Following excision of a giant cell tumour of the third metacarpal, a vascularised second metatarsal hemi-joint transfer successfully reconstructed the resulting defect. This video shows the active range of motion of the reconstructed left hand at nine months postoperatively.
